Updated 4 October 2026. These terms describe using SuggestDish for dish discovery and business listings.

Using SuggestDish

SuggestDish helps you choose dishes from available menu and business records using your preferences. You are responsible for confirming price, opening hours, availability, ingredients, dietary preparation and ordering details directly with the business. Directory coverage is partial and records may be outdated or incomplete.

Recommendations and dietary information

AI-assisted suggestions and source evidence are recommendations, not guarantees of taste, quality, safety or availability. Vegetarian status does not establish Jain, vegan or allergy-safe preparation. Confirm ingredients and cross-contact precautions with the restaurant. Illustrative photos are not evidence of the actual listed dish.

Business listings and ownership

Submit a business or claim only if you are authorised to do so. Provide accurate contact, menu and ownership information and media you have permission to use. Ownership, menu revisions and photos may be reviewed before publication. Submission does not guarantee approval, visibility or recommendation placement. Owner-reported popularity remains a claim unless independently supported.

Plans and payments

Food discovery is free for users. Paid plans and checkout are currently paused. Advertised dish slots describe listing limits, not guaranteed traffic, orders or recommendation counts. If checkout becomes available, review the active plan, price, period and payment/refund terms presented before paying. Never send payment credentials in a listing form or public message.

Feedback and acceptable use

Submit reviews only for dishes you have tried and corrections based on information you observed. Do not submit fabricated ratings, unlawful material, private information about others, spam or content you do not have permission to share. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, impersonate an owner or interfere with the service. Requests may be limited to protect availability.

Content and external services

The SuggestDish brand and original site content belong to their respective owners. Business menus, photos and source data retain their original ownership and licence requirements. Linked ordering, navigation, messaging and social platforms have their own terms. SuggestDish does not fulfil restaurant orders through this discovery website.

Availability and limitations

The service may change or be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. We work to correct reported information, but cannot promise every listing or suggestion is accurate. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
